FAQs
Q: What if I am purchasing for multiple days and my drop offs and pick ups are different?
A: When purchasing fare for multiple dates, we assume that the same pickup and drop off locations apply to all of your days. If you would like different pickups on different days, you must make a separate purchase for each different pick up location. You do not need to do this for drop off locations.
Q: How does the driver know I paid my fare if I don’t have a ticket?
A: The driver has a super amazing magic spreadsheet that records your name, the date(s) you want to travel, and your pick up and drop off locations. If your payment went through, you’re booked!
Q: What if I am running late? Is there someone I can text to wait for me?
A: No. Be ready at your pickup spot ON TIME.
Q: I changed my mind on where I want to be dropped off. What do I do?
A: No problem. On your return trip, tell the driver where you want to be dropped off.
Q: My child is six years old and unsupervised. Can they take the shuttle to Sima?
A: If your child is familiar with getting on and off a school bus, and if someone is waiting for them at each end, they can ride the Sima Shuttle.
Q: Is the bus driver going to be the guy in the picture?
A: You’ll just have to take the shuttle and find out!
